I am a physically and mentally talented goalkeeper who can communicate, move from post to post, and elevate out of the water at a moment's notice. With my natural athleticism and build combined, I am a very big asset to my team. I take pride in being a goalie, we have to be the smartest, toughest, most athletic, and most determined athletes in the pool, which perfectly describes who I am as a water polo player. Every time I tie a red cap on my head, I have one goal and that is to be the best athlete in the pool.
Outside of the pool, I am always busy with film, whether it be scouting my opponents, learning from my mistakes, learning from my feats, or taking things from professional goalkeepers. A lesson learned is a lesson earned. I am the hardest worker in and out of the pool, whether it be during dryland, working on my legs in the water, doing shooting drills, or running a front court, I am always looking to be the best goalkeeper possible.
Playing collegiate water polo is at the top of my goals; I want to continue to challenge myself in the pool while attending a prestigious institution and attaining a degree in Data Science and Information Systems. In terms of academics, I take great pride in being a student-athlete. I continue to enroll myself in rigorous, but interesting, courses so I can stay at the top of my class. I want to make sure I have a good balance between School and Water Polo, so I don't get overwhelmed with one or the other. I am always looking to be challenged, as Iron sharpens Iron.
I would be a great addition to many collegiate water polo teams because I am a great communicator on defense. I also am a very athletic goalie who can elevate, move, lunge, dive, and steal the ball.
I am a hunter, not the hunted. Every time I put a red cap on, I give everything I have and leave it in the pool. Playing water polo is a privilege, so I cherish every moment of it.
