My name is Jameson Vaught and I go to Victor J. Andrew High School in Illinois. For college I want to study medicine and the medical field. I think I am a good candidate for any water polo team because I am a leader and I will always bring my team up. Before I think about myself, I think about my teammates and what I can do to make them better. I am different from other recruits because I learn from my mistakes and improve myself every time I play. If someone scores on me, I think about what I can do better and how I can prevent that kind of shot next time. My first year as a goalie, I started on my school's varsity team and led them to defeating the previous number 8 team in the state during our first tournament of the season. Academically, I always pay attention in class and get my work done. I try my best on every test and if I need help understanding a subject, I am not afraid to speak up and ask for help.
