2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I was born an aquaphile and today still feel at home in the water. I am a beach and pool lifeguard, PADI certified scuba diver, and water polo player, lucky enough to have grown into the large frame required for goal keeper. I have a cool head, healthy work ethic, and strong ball handling skills from years of playing multiple sports. My leadership skills and collaborative spirit are well-developed after years of team sports, lifeguarding, and working as a camp counselor. The philosophy of the comprehensive IB Diploma I'm earning forces me to focus on critical thinking across disciplines and subjects with an emphasis on global education, preparing me to advance in multiple subjects as well as achieve athletic success. Someday I hope to feel as confident exploring uncharted lands as I do in the pool.
