Hello Coach
I feel that I could be a great asset to your team, not only because of my athletic ability and the value I bring to the field, but my leadership skills and my dugout presence is what I feel I'm most strong at. I feel that I'm a great teammate because I'm always looking to encourage my teammates, especially when they're down. From my experience of dealing with past failures, I know for sure that I can make it through. I'm always encouraging my teammates to look at it with the same perspective.
