Angelea Gast '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Angelea Gast and I’m 2023 graduate. I currently play for the Colorado Divas Softball Team as catcher and utility player as well as captain. 

 I attend Eagle Ridge Academy in Brighton, Colorado and have been on the honor roll for the last three years. I excel in the classroom as much as I excel on the field and love getting to learn new things off and on the field every chance I get.

Due to the size of my high school, I played softball at Brighton High School.  My freshman year I was JV captain and was starting varsity my sophomore and junior year. 

I started T-ball at 5 and haven’t stopped since.  I'm a passionate, competitive (very loud) player and enjoy my team.   I love to play any position on the field (except pitching) and play whenever possible.  I'm smart on the base path and stealing when I can. 

I'm looking for an Animal Science/Biology degree and would love to start my own successful business one day as well as continue on my softball career at the collegiate level.
