I’ve been in love with the game for 8 years. I stared to pitch on my dad’s 10u town team because our pitcher broke her arm. Within a year we discovered my talent and pitching became my primary position on the field. The biggest challenge in my softball career was making the Varsity team and adjusting to not being a veteran on the team. That pass year really and truly opened my eyes on how to be a leader. I love being apart of something bigger than myself and playing for my teammates, I hope what ever college I end up at I can share a bond with a team and eventually lead them.
A lot of my life is trying to be the best sister, granddaughter, niece, daughter, etc. I want to be a good role model for my three younger brothers, I want to show them all hard work and team efforts go a long way. I have one full brother and two half brothers one on each side ( my dad and step mom and my mom and step dad).
My dream is to study nursing and become an RN. I grew up fairly quickly but more importantly around my grandfather. He needed nursing ever since I could remember, they come to the house and I’d sit and watch them. After they left my papa would almost quiz me or sometimes have me unwrap his leg and wrap it again. From him I found my love to help people which made me the person I am today.
