Hi Coaches, my name is Ash Diaz, and I am a ‘25 starting Varsity catcher. I also play first and third as secondary positions. I have been playing softball since the age of five and instantly fell in love with the game. It is something that I can never see myself not living without. While softball is my main sport, I also play on my school's JV volleyball team as a middle blocker/hitter.
However, sports are not the only thing I participate in, I’m in art, band, choir, theater, girl scouts, and various STEM classes that keep my mind sharp. I truly have a love for learning new things and challenging myself as much as I can in both my academics and my athletics. I hope to major in both Molecular/Cellular Biology and Fine Arts to appease all of my preferred areas of learning.
I can’t wait to see what both my athletics and my academics have in store for me in the future. All with the hope that I will be competing in both areas at the highest level I possibly can.
