Genesis Matias '23 Recruiting Profile

In My years of college my goals is to start begging my career and understanding and growing as a young adult. I would like to get along with my professors and peers and hopefully gain high academic status through my hard work and determination even with challenging courses. I would be a candidate for the team due to my determination and hustle which may be founded in many but mine never dies. I can adapt and learn quickly and a coachable player who will work on every detail even if it’s little because the little things matter and paying attention to detail is what leads to success. I am very mentally prepared because softball is more of a mental game than physical anything and have great sportsmanship and will pick up my teammates. I know never to give up even if we are down because the game is never over until it’s over. my athleticism  is high and I have various skills defensively and offensively. These characteristics can apply academically. many usually don’t understand the mental aspects that come with sports and work but I have an open and cautious mind and won’t allow myself to fall.
