My name is Emilia, and I have always enjoyed playing team sports since I was a little girl. I am currently a starter for my high school’s varsity soccer and varsity softball teams. I have been playing softball since I was ten years old. I have been playing travel softball since I was 12 and am currently playing for an 18U team. I am a right-handed pitcher and outfielder, and I have also played second base and short-stop. I bat righty and slap lefty. My high school varsity coach awarded me the Most Versatile Athlete Award in my freshman year. My coaches would describe me as coachable, a hard worker and passionate about the game. Academically, I have made the A-honor roll every quarter since the 7th grade, and I am a member of a few Honor Societies. Because I enjoy sports and science, I hope to someday have a career in the sports world, helping athletes physically, medically or mentally. I am a determined, dedicated and disciplined student and athlete, and I am looking forward to being a valued member of a college team!
