Ava Margosian '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Ava Margosian. I'm a Senior at Shenendehowa HS in upstate NY!  I play HS softball as well as Travel ball. I LOVE this sport, and have been playing it since the age of 7! I have spent a lot of time training over the years at many positions on the field to help improve my versatility, and I LOVE TO HIT! Away from the field... I focus on my academic studies, physical conditioning and weightlifting.  I also work as a camp counselor during the Summer.

I've grown up as the daughter of a Softball Coach, working on different elements of the game several days a week for many years. During that time, I've worked extra hard and put in extra time to make sure that I earned every drop of any role I was given on my Father's team. My Dad wouldn't have it any other way.  

 After High School, my goal is to attend a college that is a fit academically, first and foremost, while at the same time allowing me to fulfill a dream I've been chasing since I was very young, which is to play competitive softball at the collegiate level.  I can't wait to be a part of a great group of teammates that play for each other, and are as close as can be!
