I attended the Jenny Finch softball camp in Shenandoah, Virginia when I was 12 years old and it sealed the deal for me. I was hooked. I had to be a softball player and loved to pitch. I loved the spirit and comradery of the college players that helped with the camp and I could see myself being a part of that experience. I know that playing collegiately is going to take hard work and dedication, but those are values that I have and have leveraged to grow to the student-athlete that I am today.
I play as often as I can, rostered on two travel teams, both in older age groups, 16U and 23U. I also step in to help as a sub for 4 other teams. If there is a tournament or game that fits my schedule I am there! Along with drive and talent, I bring enthusiasm, energy, positivity and encouragement to every team that I play for.
I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me academically as well as athletically. I work hard both on and off the field and in the classroom. As a freshman who is a 3 sport Varsity athlete I know what it takes to be an asset to your team!
