I've always wanted to play softball at a college level simply because I love the game. I've played baseball and softball since I was 4 years old and have been a student of the game ever since. I can play every position on the field, except pitcher, because I am extremely knowledgeable of how the game works and what to do on each play. I've been taught from a young age to be the hardest worker on the field and never give up no matter the circumstances. Softball is more to me than a game. It has taught me important life lessons that carry with me in school, work and everyday life.
Although I look forward to playing softball in college, my main objective is to receive a good education and pursue a career I can be passionate in. I've always strived to do my best in everything I do, especially with my education, because in the end knowledge is power. I'm very excited to become a student-athlete because I am certain I would be able to handle the responsibility and never get outworked.
