Edna Kiefer '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Edna Kiefer.  I am very passionate about softball and taking the time to practice and complete the steps necessary to help get me recruited.  I am a team player who is very coachable, hardworking and dedicated. I practice and play softball as much as I can throughout the year by not only playing for my school and travel team but putting in my own work as well by going to hitting lessons weekly.  I know how to be a leader and get a team excited and ready for a game. To me having a good attitude for not only yourself but your teammates is very important in any sport. I love being loud during games and having lots of energy. As far as acedemics go I am an honor roll student. I take time for my studies and am in a few clubs where we volenteer and help around the school and community. Over the summer I participate in softball camps as well as volenteering at camps for younger girls to help coach. Softball has been a big part of my life for about 8 years now and it has continued to excite me. It brings me joy just being on the field and I would love nothing more than to play during my college career.
