Chandra Locklear '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Chandra Locklear I am currently 17 years old, a Junior at Purnell Swett High school in Pembroke NC. I have studied enough to know now is the time for me to be working towards my future goals.

I have been doing my homework on schools of interest to me. I have not decided on a school of interest as of yet.

My main goals are first my education and then my Love for the game of Softball.

I am a rising Junior with a desire to be the best Player I can possibly be.

Past:

• Participant in the Queen of Diamonds 2016 Event in Spartanburg SC. Where I participated as a Pitcher and Outfielder.
• Past Team member of 2016 West Robeson All Stars were we was successful to win the District Tournament undefeated and went on to the State Tournament were we finished State runner up.

              During the District and State Tournaments I accumulated a batting average of  .535%.

• I have played for Travel Teams, Next Level 12U of Pembroke, NC, Dillon Diamondbacks 12U of Dillon, SC, and Diamond Elite (Dover) currently SEC Elite 14U of Raeford, NC.
• Team NC White 14U of Burgaw NC Travel Team.
• Team member of Pembroke Middle School Softball Team with a combine Record of 8-0, were I pitched 3 shutouts for the season.
• 2017 West Robeson All Star Team 15U Belles
• 2017 District Champs Dixie Youth Belles 15U with a record of 4-0
• 2017 State Champions Dixie Youth Belles 15U with a record of 5-0
• 2017 3^rd place finish in the Dixie Youth Belles 15U World Series
• During the course of the World Series I totaled a batting average of .500%
• 2018 West Robeson All Star Team 15U Belles
• 2018 District Champs Dixie Youth Belles 15U undefeated
• 2018 State Champions Dixie Youth Belles 15U undefeated

• As a Pitcher I compiled an ERA of 1.86 for the World Series and an ERA of 1.5 for the State Tournament

• Team NC White 18U Travel Softball Team.

As I have studied many colleges Softball programs I have realized just how much hard work is needed to achieve my goal to play College Softball.     During my season of Varsity and Travel Softball I am also continuously taking my Pitching and Hitting lessons from Robert Gray of Dillon SC.

I work out 3 to 4 times a week on offensive and defensive drills. As you can see I am not afraid of hard work. I would like to get in contact with you and stay in contact as I progress and grow.
