I became interested in softball at the age of 5 when I began playing T-ball. I loved the thrill of the game and the
camaraderie of being on a team and I have been playing ever since.
My main position on the filed is second base, but I am a versatile player and can play any position except for pitcher/catcher.
I am a contact hitter with less than 3% strike outs and a batting average of .350 over the past few years. I have good instincts
which makes me a good base runner with above average speed.
While playing softball I have learned a lot about myself and about being a team player. I have learned that when things don't go
our way, not to be negative. I have been told by a number of coaches over the years that I am a very coach-able player and I handle
criticism well.
I generally try my hardest in my daily life, whether its being a good daughter, friend, employee or student. I am in the Honors
Program with consistent A's & B's, I am in the Beta Club, I work a few days a week along with softball practices. Currently my goals
are to graduate High School, continue on to College in the Physical Therapy field and play College ball.
