2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have been swimming for 9 years and the last 7 on Upper Palmetto RAYs competition team. And making state cuts for both short course and long. course and recently made the Y national cuts in both the 100/200 Fly. In addition, swim on the Nation Ford HS varsity swim team since 7th grade. I have varsity lettered in 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th grade and competed at SC HS 5A states and was recently selected as team captain.
I am a mid distance swimmer who enjoys swimming the Fly and IM.
Swimming is a big part of my life with the many days/hours spent in the pool training/ meets and early morning dryland conditioning.
I look forward to continue swimming in college.
Lastly. I am a good student who works hard at my studies, volunteers at church, school, community and work as a lifeguard and certified to teach swim lessons.
