My name is Ava Tiahrt. I am 15 years old. I attend Baltic High School. I will graduate in 2025. I play for the South Dakota Renegades. My team won the State Softball Tournament this past season (2022). My positions are SS and OF. Some of my strengths in softball are my coachability and speed, as well as my focus and determination. I always stay energetic and positive, and I don’t cut corners. I’m always looking for a way to improve. Other sports I participate in include VB, track, and powerlifting. I received 2nd at state powerlifting and broke the state record for squat in my weight class. I ran at state track in 3 events and was named girls track MVP at my HS this past season. Outside of sports, I focus on school, play in the band, and attend church. I have a wide variety of academic interests in the science field and I haven’t narrowed it down yet.
