Softball is more than just a game for me, it’s a happy place. I started playing softball when I was 12, because I had such a late start I’ve had to work really hard to catch up to everyone else. I have been the starting shortstop for my highschool team since freshmen year and I continue to work hard to keep my spot. I am not afraid to push myself and put in the extra work it takes to be stronger and faster than I was yesterday.
