I just finished my 2 years of Junior College at Pratt Community College. I’m currently looking to find a school to transfer to. I’m a right handed pitcher and play outfield.
I made my high school JV team as a starting pitcher my Freshman year at Allen High School, and pitched every game that season and sophomore season, after never previously receiving pitching lessons prior to Freshman year. Sophomore year, I decided to get serious with softball. I found full time pitching and hitting coaches. I've started later than others, but have worked very hard to catch up. Being a pitcher has been a dream come true for me, and has shown me that hard work pays off.
Softball has taught me many things. I am a hard worker with a great attitude who always gives over 100 percent. I always come to practice and games with a smile on my face and ready to learn. Besides softball during high school, I was also part of my high school band (765 members strong). Softball is a huge part of my life. When I am not playing, I’m all about coaching. I volunteered as an assistant coach in high school to a city rec. team for 7 seasons named the Blue Angels (10u thru 12u). Now in college, I was lucky enough to find a city rec. team in Kansas to continue coaching. I've also been invited by my high school coach, the last two years to come back during the summer and help run his summer camp. This off season I will be back with my select TFS team as an assistant coach for the 16u team.
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile
