Hello, my name is Anaya Maddox, and I am in the graduating class of 2026, starting my Junior year at Sotomayor High school. I am currently a part of the Corona Angels16U Coleman club team. I strive to be a leader on the field and push my teammates to the best of their ability. In addition to playing Varsity Softball at Sotomayer High School, I study hard to maintain a 4.0 GPA in my freshman and sophomore year. I ranked 34 out of 659, placing in the top 10% of my graduating class, while taking Advanced and AP courses and plan to major in the medical field. I received 1st all district in academics my freshman year at Sotomayor High School. As a sophomore, I received the Academic Scholar Award, 1st Team Academic All-District Academic Excellence Award and Academic All-District Softball - 1st Team. In addition to my accomplishments, I inducted into the National Spanish Honors Society.
For my Junior year, I inducted into the National Honors Society. I am currently holding a 4.0 GPA.
I am looking forward to playing with the
Corona Angels16U Coleman in the upcoming TFL Fall Championship in College, TX.
I am most interested in pursuing my career in the medical field, I plan to pursue a career in aftercare birth. I believe my focus and drive will allow me to succeed in the career path I am choosing. With the support of my coaching staff and parents; I am sure to achieve my goals in softball and in my future career. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers, in my community and to make my parents proud.
