Ky KusakPersonal Statement
I am a 2022 Graduate of Industrial High School and determined to continue my softball career on the collegiate stage. I stepped on my first softball field when I was 8 years old and found that I was blessed with a talent and opportunity that not everyone is given. I have been complimented as one of the most coachable and versatile players by the coaches in my athletic program.
I am dedicated to my sport, my team, and my academics. I don't give up and work hard to overcome any and every obstacle that is in my path. After being injured my freshman year, I finished a full season and earned All District and All Area Honors. I spent that summer in rehab and learning a new pitching technique to keep me in the game when others would have given up.
My goal is to give my all to the game of Softball, while earning a degree in sports medicine/physical therapy with the goal to help other future athletes overcome any obstacle they may face. I look forward to representing and playing for the school willing to take a chance on me. I will give you may all.
