I spent my youth in a rather toxic place, the coaching system was broken, and it seemed like each season would only make us back pedal. I’ve experienced many hardships through out the years with people on the team, harassment, bullying, which led to a clinical diagnosis of severe depression, leading to a suicide attempt. Despite all of the pain I’ve gone through; basketball has always been my outlet. Some would give up and develop a hatred for the sport due to those experiences, but that’s not the case with me. My love and passion for the sport is indefinite. Some of my darkest moments have been engraved on the court, but so has every ounce of will to not only keep fighting to live another day but to be able to step on the court to do what I love. As an honor roll student with a grade point range of 3.4 to a 4.0 I can guarantee my priorities consist of hard work, humility and determination to reach your expectations. I can guarantee I will put every tear, sweat drop and ounce of energy into the game. I know was born with the hunger to win, and I also know I was born to play. I’ve played every position;
From forward all the way to center and down low. Im well rounded in court sense and would love to be apart of a team that loves basketball as much as I do. I can’t promise you a championship game, but I can promise you my 110% on and off the court. Thank you.
