Michelle Maher '12 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Michelle Maher. I currently play for Midwest Elite Platinum, one of the top AAU teams in the nation (First place USJN Nationals and first place USJN Summer Final). I have wanted to play college sports since I can remember. I'm 5'10 about 150lbs. I am a senior at Maine South High School in Park Ridge, IL. I have been on varsity for three years and this past year I helped lead my team to third place in the state, beating Chicago Whitney Young, the ninth ranked team in the nation. I was third team All-State and have been first team All-Tournament at the State Farm Christmas Tournament (so. and jr.). Also, I was a team captain my Junior year and I will also be one my Senior year. I would love the opportunity to play college basketball and I am open to any school geographically and would like to go to a school where I will be challenged academically as well. I have no expectations about playing time, but plan too work as hard as I can everyday to earn any time I get.
