I would be a great addition to your basketball team because I am diligent, determined, agile, passionate, a leader, and have a strong work ethic.
-I am determined to be the hardest worker on and off the court. I put 110% effort into my basketball and academic career and make sure my work is always at a high standard. I love to improve consistently.
-Because of my high standards to be the best, I lead others to be their best and I strive to make my teammates better with me.
-In my sophomore year in high school, I tore my ACL in a finals game. Although it was a terrible accident, I was put through a major challenge physically, mentally, and emotionally. It was frustrating to fall behind my teammates, but through my determination and perseverance to come back stronger, I learned how strong I've become during my recovery process.
-After 8 months of devoting my time to recovery, I came back to basketball with an eagerness to prove myself again. Through my journey, I became even more passionate about the sport and worked even harder to be recruited to Manitoba's TAP Basketball team (the top basketball team in the province).
-My goal is to become the best competitive basketball player I can be in University while maintaining my outstanding academic progress. My competitive edge makes me a great player because I am driven to be the best, no matter what obstacles I face.
-All in all, I am eager to learn from the best, and I would be a great asset to your team.
