Grace Quinn '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since the 2nd grade, I fell in love with the energy and intensity of the game. I grew up playing basketball around boys my whole life and that has pushed me to become a tough and smarter player. I have always had many dreams and crazy career ideas but going to college and playing basketball.

I have always been the loudest on the court and has always encouraged talking and cheering, I am a leader amongst my peers. I am an all-around player and can use both hands very well. I am a quick visual learner. I work hard on both sides of the court and always play the next play. I have been told I am a workhorse and that I am coachable. 

I am interested in a school that will challenge me mentally and helps better shape my future. I am also interested in attending a school with a competitive athletic program, I love the rush I get when competing. 

I am not a selfish person. I feel a team should be a unit and that is how a team will become successful. I have a hard time with some subjects in school but I'm always quick to get help and focus and get things done. I play basketball and push myself for a purpose. I don't want to live life just by getting by, I want to live life not having to worry. I also play for my parents, brother, sisters, nephews, niece, and peers to show them there are different ways of life and if you push yourself you can be something in this world just like me.
