Toriana Tabasco '18 Recruiting Profile

For the past 10 years, basketball has been more than a sport to me, it is my passion. What truly differentiates me from other players is the heart and aggressiveness I bring to the court. I believe I would be an asset to a team because I am not a typical point guard, but a versatile player. In addition to assists and scoring, I tend to surprise people by being a leading rebounder. Defensively, I am often assigned to guard the opposing team’s best offensive player. Most importantly, I consider myself to be a huge team player, always putting the team’s needs before my own. I am constantly looking to accede my own expectations, in both basketball and in academics. Coaches can expect to see me give one hundred percent on and off the court.  I pride myself on my commitment and determination, I have never missed a preseason training, practice, or game. Basketball means everything to me and I hope to continue as a college athlete.
