My name is dalayla Alexander, I am a junior at Ellicottville Central School in Ellicottville New York, and I will be graduating in the class of 2024. I have played basketball since I can remember and have always wanted to play at the college level. I have played volleyball for five years, softball for two years, and this is my first year playing track for my high school. I have played AAU since I was in sixth grade, and have always played year-round sports. I play basketball for the Ellicottville lady Eagles and I strive to be better for my teammates and myself. I’m always pushing myself and my team to grow our potential. I am a 5‘3 point guard/shooting guard, and a strong defender. I’m very coachable, and always trying to push myself as a basketball player as well as a teammate. I am very interested in college sports and academics. I am a team leader and captain, and thrive to create connections on and off the court with my teammates. I am open to all opportunities that come my way , and I hope to learn as much as I can playing at the college level.
