Julia Allen '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Julia Allen! The first time I played basketball was in 2nd grade, and I have not stopped since. I have been playing travel since 6th grade and varsity since mid through my freshman year. I am a hardworking student and athlete, I also take constructive criticism well.  I believe a team should not only be good at the game but also at communication. I enjoy being a part of a team because it feels like another family. It is not only fun on the court but also off. Spending so much time together makes the game even more amusing. I enjoy working with others, especially when we teach each other different things. Even when I am not playing to my full potential I try to talk myself through it and I continue to thrive off the failures. I am ready to take the next step not only in high school but also in college. I hope to learn more physically and mentally about the game.
