Basketball has been one of my best hobbies to do since the age of 11. I fell in love with the game of basketball and I've not only grown my skills but also my social skills, learning how to lead and communicate with people, working together with my teammates, improving my attitude, and growing my work ethic. Being a student-athlete is not an easy thing but I have learned to set my priorities to what is most important. Basketball has helped me grow my character and helped me grow as an individual. I have been able to maintain a 3.0 and above average from the time I joined sports. I have participated in other sports like track and field where I also learned life lessons and how to work as a team. In college, I aspire to major in Physical Therapy and minor in communication. Life is not all about receiving things but serving. I believe that serving people is what I am called to do and with the help of God, I can be able to execute that and do my best to serve and lead others in the field that God has called me to.
