I believe that the small things you do will lead up to the big things that will happen. In a game it may seem like I don't make a lot of mistakes, but in reality I do. When I make mistakes it's in the small moments when nobody is watching me (practice.) Those moments of constantly getting the drill wrong over and over may seem like a waste, but when I step on the court and do what I'd been practicing over and over again with no mistake, I see that constantly failing caused me to succeed in a bigger moment.
