Jillian Johnson '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jillian Johnson. I am a member of the graduating class of 2024 at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, MA. I am a highly competitive golfer. I am a two-sport Varsity athlete, also a member of the Alpine Ski Team. I have been given the opportunity to be captain of my high school golf team since my Sophomore year. I am extremely motivated and have played this game since I could walk. I have an extreme passion for the game and would more than love to continue it at the collegiate level. Outside of golf, I am a highly motivated student, hoping to major in exercise science. I have a hard work ethic and a very positive attitude which would make me a fantastic candidate for a member of your team. I want to continue my academics as well as golf. I am currently employed at Hatherly Country Club in Scituate, MA, and work in the Pro shop as well as teaching Jr. Golfers. I love being around golf. I spend a lot of time practicing and training for the betterment of my skills. Aside from that, I spend a lot of time in the gym to build strength to help me on the golf course. I am very coachable and put 100% into everything I do. I am driven to be the best person and golfer that I can possibly be. Both of my parents are golf professionals, as my mom played on the LPGA tour for 6 years and my dad has had much success as well playing in 3 U.S. Opens as well as the PGA Cup Team. Needless to say, golf is a huge part of my life.
