Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Sanjana and I am currently a senior at the Middlesex County Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Technologies and have been playing golf since I was little. I always strive to better my scores from mid 80's to high 70's. I am dedicated to getting better and I am looking forward to improving my skills.
I’m driven to excel both athletically and academically. I am a team player and I’m dedicated to my work on and off the course. I have a 4.0 GPA and a 1560 SAT super-score. I hold leadership positions in Model UN, Debate club, and Red Cross club.
Along with golf and school I have a passion for sociology. I'm fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to work as a lead research assistant at the University of Maryland studying the intersection of gender, caste, and education within the lives of South Indian women.
