I listen and follow directions and am coach-able in the classroom and on the course. I am reliable, have a hard work ethic, and strive to be the best in my sport and academics. I am driven by the opportunity for improvement and am dedicated to always working to better my game and grades. I am looking to be part of a team that puts team first and individuality second. I enjoy encouraging and helping others to do their best while still pursuing my own goals.
I am looking for a university and golf program that encourages me to be a better person, student, and athlete. A school that has both strong academics and a competitive team with girls that are as equally committed as I am. A university that provides student athletes with the resources to be successful at both their sport and their academics (tutors, TA’s, high GPA standard).
I would like a coach that requires all players to qualify for each tournament, allows all players to reach their highest potential in a fair manner, and uses positive feedback . Creates a positive team culture, is a good communicator, views golfers as an individual and athlete, who is a good leader and sees the team as an extension of their family.
I know that my golf game will continue to improve because I have a passion for playing golf and love the competition of tournament play. I will continue to work with my Jr. coach, Scott Robbins, to improve my game, both mentally and physically. I live in an area that affords me a lot of great tournament competition and that gives me incentive to never let up on practicing, and bettering my golf game and skills.
