The goals I have for college are to graduate with a degree and to play golf. I hope to receive a degree that provides me with the opportunity to get a good job that allows me to be independent and support myself. I have an interest in the medical field but do not have a specific focus at this time. I would like to have a high grade point average and would like to graduate with honors.
Playing collegiate golf is so important to me. I have dreamt of playing golf in college for several years and would like to be the number one player on the team. I am a hard worker and determined to improve in the areas that need work. I enjoy the competitive aspect of golf but also love that I can just go out and play for fun. I am a strong player; chipping and putting are strengths.
I know what it takes to be a strong individual player but also understand my role as a member of a team. Beginning when I was a young girl I was involved in gymnastics which has some similarities. I have drive and determination to improve and take instruction well. I am able to take what the coach tells me and apply it to my game, swing, etc.
