My name is Kaitlyn Audet, I am a 2022 goalie attending Lake Zurich High School. The last year and half I have achieved high honor roll with a grade point average of 3.8 with excelling in the sciences specifically Biology/Advanced Biology which I truly enjoy.
I have a passion for all animals and by volunteering at my local Veterinary clinic has help lead me in the direction to pursue a degree in Pre-veterinary/Animal Science.
Over the past 3 years, I have played for the Chicago Bruins Girls Elite, my girls High School team: The Barrington Fillies along with the Yeti boys High School Varsity team. Throughout the 2019-20 high school season I was one of six female goalies named to the 2020 Illinois All-State High School team.
I am extremely excited to make the Yeti Boys Varsity High School team for the 2021-22 season as the starting goalie. The challenge will be slightly different that of girl’s AA hockey although I am ready for the speed, agility and fast shots which I believe will improve my skill set.
Over the last 3 years I have attended the Midwest Exposure Camp which has given me the opportunity to understand what it means to play college hockey along with meeting coaches.
My passion for the game, hard work ethic, coachable attitude, down to earth young lady along with a respectable teammate – I am looking forward to contributing my skills to a high level college hockey team.
