After playing sports my whole life and struggling to find one that made me enjoy playing, I finally started lacrosse and found the sport I loved. I strive to make myself the best player I can be, pushing both myself and my teammates to a higher standard. I'm a hard worker and very driven, but I handle criticism and coaching very well. I know I'm not a perfect player and that my teammates and coaches are here to guide me to be my best self. Playing lacrosse in college would be an amazing opportunity for me and I hope that I could possibly pursue my academic as well as athletic goals.
I maintain high grades and hold my academics to a high standard as well. I'm able to find a good balance between my rigorous classes, extracurricular activities, and my athletics. Between all of this, I find time to be social and build relationships with the people who surround me, whether it is sports, clubs, or classes. I am told that I am a positive person to be around, and I bring high energy in whatever I participate in. I'm close with my friends and family, so I have a strong support system who helps me when planning my future and deciding my best path.
