Jillian Rocco '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jillian Rocco.  I am currently 17 years old and attend Half Hollow Hills High School East.  I desire to attend a large college or university to study Special Education or Elementary Education.  It has always been a dream of mine to play lacrosse in college.  I strive to do my best in both academics and athletics and hope to prove that to my future coaches and teachers.  I love playing lacrosse and work at it seven days a week all year round.  I am currently on a summer tournamnet team with Team 91 Lacrosse where hardwork and leadership is expected.  I have been the starter for my high school's varsity lacrosse team for three years and love the environment.  My coaches appreciate my dedication to the team and my strong commitment to the sport.  I would love to make a college team as a freshman and my goal is to be a starter.  I am realistic and know that to receive playing time, I will have to earn my spot and fight for it each and every day and I am ready and willing to do just that.
