My goals for competing at the collegiate level and attending college are to not only attend a school with a strong lacrosse program, but to also attend a school that is very strong academically that offers programs and resources that would help me succeed after college. Being a student-athlete my whole life, I have learned to balance my academics and athletics very well and I work very hard to try to excel at both, which I know is very important especially at the collegiate level. I grew up in a household where sports were always of high importance and my parents, teachers, and coaches have all helped to build my character and make me the person I am today. They have taught me the lessons of comradery, teamwork, leadership and flexibility. I have played team sports since I was in elementary school, and continue to be a multi sport athlete, but realized from a very early age that lacrosse was my passion and the sport I wanted to take to the next level. I am very aware and understand the importance of team chemistry and coming together to achieve a common goal. I work well with different coaches and different players and I consider myself to be a team player that will do whatever is best for the team. I have played all three field positions for my lacrosse teams in the past and I would be willing to go in anywhere on the field if I knew it would benefit my team. I hope to find a school and lacrosse program that I would fit into well and help to enhance the team in any way that I can.
