Hi, my name is Allison Fragapane. Ever since the first time I picked up a lacrosse stick, I fell in love with the game. It has always been a goal of mine to continue as far as I can with this sport, including playing in college. Something I strongly believe in is that there is always room for improvement. I always listen to feedback from any coach and try my best to correct those mistakes. I am very dedicated to this sport and always put in my best effort on and off the field. I give 100%, 100% of the time whether it's in lacrosse or in school. Even between balancing school and sports, I always try and find free time to put in extra practice myself, or helping a teammate out. One characteristic about myself that I think stands out on the field is how versatile I am. I mainly play midfield but if I'm needed in a different position, I'm always willing to help and still put in my best effort. Because the position I play requires speed and endurance, one of my main hobbies is running and I spend a lot of extra time making sure I'm in shape. School is also extremely important to me and I always manage my time to make sure I get all of my work done on time and I don't fall behind.
