I try to perform my very best in all I say and do while remaining humble and coachable in all aspects of life.
At a very early age, I learned to preserve through tough circumstances. I was born in Ethiopia and was orphaned. At the age of six, I was adopted by an American family. From that point I have been given many opportunities and I have worked hard to reach my goals. I have an inner personal drive to succeed because of what I have been through.
When lacrosse was introduced into my life, I could barley speak English, much less control my stick. However, my older brother was playing at the same time and I was very competitive with him so I decided to push myself. I quickly fell in love with the sport.
Since then, I have been trying to build my skills and improve my game. I’m looking to continue to learn as much as I can about this great sport and would love the opportunity to build it with your school.
