There are several aspects of collegiate players that stand out; being a leader, a team player, ability to be coached, and enthusiasm. I feel that I skills to make big plays when necessary and composure when the situation calls for a calm hand. Although I enjoy scoring, I like playing into the team dynamic more. Assists are as important, if not more important, to me. I also work hard to push myself during and post season to train, condition, and further my stick skills outside of practices. I enjoy being part of the team but most of all I love the game. The game has given me skills on and off the field that will carry on into college and beyond.
I have a 4.31gpa. I help my mom with her golf camps, also help my lacrosse coach with her junior lacrosse camps designed to grow the game in our area. Our area has embraced lacrosse but the game is still new. I’ve been playing lacrosse for about 10 years between recreation ,select, and at Pinecrest High School. The military nature of our Sandhills community (Ft. Bragg) does not help keep families around long but this also helps our players deal with resiliency as we build and rebuild. I enjoy playing a role in building a skilled, continuously improving travel team and growing the grass roots game with my mentor Coach with her youth programs.
Lacrosse is a big part of my life and has given me many opportunities to travel and I look forward to what my future holds.
