Personal Statement

As a 3 season athlete for the past 2 years, I have enjoyed competing in Varsity Basketball, Soccer and Field Hockey. I found rowing this season instead of Field Hockey and have found my sport. It combines strength, athleticism and intensity like none of my other activities. Looking aheadinto college, I hope to find a school that allows me to continue athletics in a challenging academic environment.

I was seat number 7 in the WYRA novice 8 video from the fall.

My sping season with WYRA has been very rewarding. Part of the First Varsity 4 Boat, we were 2nd in our heat at the Mercer Sprints in April. We were also successful at Mercer Regional Regatta in qualifying for the semi-finals. I look forward to conditioning over the summer before my senior year back in the fall with WYRA.
