Hollis Andreen '25 Recruiting Profile

I’m a fiercely competitive student-athlete who pours my heart into every training session. Early in my novice year, the team captain told me, "Don’t kid yourself, every day is a seat race",  I took that to heart and approach each training, run, lift, and practice with that mindset. Everyday is another chance to do better, be better to control the controllable. At the start of Fall 2024 season,  I was honored to have been named team captain, a role that I am humbled and honored to receive. I try to lead by example through with character, determination, and dedication. Each day, I strive to surpass the previous one, and when I face challenges, I tackle them head-on to learn and grow. I’m not afraid to get dirty, because I know it’s what builds strength, endurance, and grit. I’m committed to being in the boat and winning, and I’ll put in the work every day to prove it.
