I have been playing competitive soccer for eight years. Over the past eight years I have continued to become more passionate about soccer. Playing soccer in college has not only been a dream of mine, but it has turned into a goal as well. My goal of playing in college motivates me to always work hard in the classroom and on the field.
I am a strong team player and leader. I train with my team, and on my own. I push myself to do my best at every practice and game, while encouraging my teammates to also do their best. I strive to be the best for my team and accountable. I love to challenge myself and work hard. I am fast, have strong ball skills, can see the field well, patience and powerful shots. One thing about me is no matter what I do, I do it 100%. I put everything I have to offer into whatever it is I’m doing.
School has always been a top priority for me. It is very important to me, and I push myself in class just as hard as I push myself on the field. I've been in the Japanese Immersion Program since kindergarten. I participate in volunteer clubs at my school and help as much as I can in my community. I love to challenge myself in the classroom just like I do on the field. I have taken honors classes and AP classes and do well in them. I have already chosen to major in forensic science and have taken some classes I will need in high school.
Attending college is very important to me. I want to attend a college that will make me push myself academically and athletically. I love to try new things and do well with change. So, I hope the college I choose can bring me new experiences and I can reach my academic and athletic goals.
