I know what it takes to be a student-athlete. I understand the time and effort you need to put in and I am fully prepared for anything thrown my way. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a team player, I can read the field very well, and I am extremely driven. I have a desire to be the best I possibly can be and I will not stop until I get there. In my play I show my strength with my right foot but will not be afraid to use my left. Moreover, I have a strong and accurate shot, and show dedication to push myself past my limits and achieve my goals. I am normally a defensive midfielder but I am comfortable with other positions such as outside midfielder and defender. I want to compete at the high level of soccer and I use each time I step on the field as a new opportunity to improve myself. My willingness to improve does not only show on the field as academics are a big strength of mine as well. At the moment, I am studying hard for the SAT’s in October along with taking honours Pre Calculus and honours French. Furthermore, I am planning on taking AP English and AP French.
I work hard three days a week on the field and three days working on my strength and conditioning as well as taking any time I have to be on the ball. My persistent efforts to do the most are unmatched and it shows when I play.
