Soccer has always been a huge part of my life. My dad played professional soccer, and watching him play made me fall in love with the sport. I have lived in Canada, Pennsylvania, California, and Denmark. Each time I have moved, I’ve had to go to a new school and join a new soccer team. It has taught me how to adapt and how to make new friends. I love the friendships and the competition which is why I want to continue to play soccer in college. Joining a college soccer team will let me continue to play the sport I love, but hopefully create lifelong friendships with my teammates. I also hope to earn a degree and get a job out of college. To add, I am also a very hard working person. Without club practices, I have made sure to stay very active during this quarantine. Slammers provided weekly workouts that I have completed to make sure I can compete at the highest level when we return to play.
