Daisy Martinez '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Daisy Martinez. I have been playing soccer since I was 6 years old and ever since then I never stopped playing (Playing for 12 years). Soccer is something I want to keep doing for the rest of my life because it is truly my passion. I went through amazing experiences when playing soccer like being able to get an offer to play in the Chicago Fire club when I was younger, playing for the state 4 times, making many friends, and learning more about the sport. I am player that have a mindset to be competitive, but as well to have fun  because if I am not having fun then I won't get the results I want. I'm a hard-working, understandable, determined, and coachable athlete that love to receive as much advice/tips in order to improve because there are always improvement to work on. I always set up goals for myself because it makes me work more harder and I feel like my skills can develop more. Playing college soccer as well as receiving an education is something that I am really looking forward to do. I want to make my parents proud and hopefully one day they can see me play professionally.
