My name is Kaitlin Buss and I am a senior at Trinity High School in River Forest, Illinois. I am interested in playing soccer and studying physical therapy during my college years. I am a very hard working student with honors for the three years I have been at Trinity. My school is involved in a block schedule, which offers very competitive classes for the school year. I am a dedicated student and know the importance of a good solid education.
I have joined clubs such as “Be A S.A.I.N.T” and done service projects for the community around me. We’ve been to Misrecordia and helped out with animals for adoption down at Soldier Field. Next year I will be a senior representative for Student Council at my school. This is a leadership role, which will help me throughout my life.
I have been involved with soccer since I was four years old. I started at a park league and eventually club and school teams. I have played on Varsity for the last three years. This past season I was selected Captain of my Varsity team. My position on the team is center midfield which I really enjoy playing. This position allows me to be involved in both the offensive and defensive sides of the game. I was named All Conference and All Area this year along with the All Academic. I am a confident player with a work ethic of improving my game everyday. I am a team leader that plays aggressively and works to motivate the rest of my team.
