My collegiate goal is to play at the highest level of soccer while getting the education and experience to lead me towards future goals. At this time (freshman year) I have not made up my mind what major or direction that will be. And I always want to improve as a student and an athlete.
When playing in games, I focus on controlling the middle of the field. I am fast and aggressive and usually stronger than my opponent challenging for the ball. One of my strengths is my soccer IQ and awareness on the field When opportunities come, I can dribble and drive into the box to create chances. I also love to set players up by feeding through balls and crosses. Depending on the game, I take free kicks and corners but can also challenge with headers at the goal. Defensively I will sometimes drop back to the six, and I am always looking to attack goal kicks at midfield. Lastly, my different teams and trainers have taught me how to play fast and aggressive as well as a ball possessing style of play.
I always do my best and bring a tremendous work ethic whether it be a game, training, weight room, or classroom. I respect my teammates, coaches and teachers and try to lead by example on and off the field. Throughout the year I volunteer for various community service events for moms Allstate office. During the summer I am a counselor for the local 4h camp and last year also worked 2 soccer camps (The Soccer Factory ).
