Ella Yartym '24 Recruiting Profile

I want to be part of a competitive program while obtaining an education that will set me up for future success.  I am a team player and enjoy creating offensive opportunities along with leading my team to victory.  I am hard working and strive to do my best in both athletics and the classroom.

I set myself apart from others  as I am a leader on and off the field. I love to donate my time, I am President of my class. I volunteer as a youth soccer coach and also volunteer throughout the year doing such things as working the concession stand, painting the fields and  assisting our local Heart to Heart chapter shopping for underprivileged youth at  Christmas time.

This season I was voted conference player of the year. I was fortunate enough to break the school record for goals, assists, and total points in a season.  I was voted to the 5th team All-State team as well. Last season I broke my schools' record for amount of goals scored in a game, I had 5 goals in a 5-4 OT win against Leroy. Some team awards I took part in was 1st place in our conference, and 1st place in Sectionals. I also had many individual awards including, 1st Team All- Conference, 2nd Team All- Area, and 2nd Team All-State. Some other accomplishments I got were top scorer in my conference, Wegmans Athlete of The Month, and finalist for WETM Fall Athlete Of The Year. I was selected to play for the WNY Flash 06 ECNL National Team.  While this is all taking place I manage to be class President, 5th in my class of 113 academically. I have also been on High Honor Roll every semester.
